Andrew Kirshenbaum, PubWorx, spoke on Overcoming Traditional Print Business Challenges. The Industry is facing a serious decline in print publications, and digital revenue has not yet offset it. Andrew advised challenging existing rules for name selection in DM campaigns. Different models are needed for digital vs. print. Online behavior is negative for offline models, and vice versa. Credit card auto renewal yields much better cancel rates, and can absorb higher prices.
