Watch Preview $ Buy from $8 Watch Preview $ Buy from $8 Share Whole Channel This Video Facebook Twitter Pinterest Tumblr Copy Link Embed Video Link Copied Share Channel Info Subscribe $ Sign in Close As you have read in the news, it's been never a dull moment for the Postal Service over the past year. During the lockdown, mail volumes plunged, package deliveries skyrocketed, and election ballots...well, who knows? With a new postmaster general in place, Trump backer Louis DeJoy proceeded to carve out an unpopular 10-year plan for the Postal Service with no input from the mailing community. Then given the opportunity by its regulator, the USPS announced a significant postal rate increase to take effect just prior to this fall's peak mailing season. The ACMA's Hamilton Davison and The Vogel Group's Alex Vogel will provide the many "behind the scenes" backgrounds that have led us to where we are now, what the options and alternatives are, and insights into what kind of future we may have in the mail. Presentation Complete Mailing Lists LLC CML offers hundreds of specialty Business and Consumer mailing lists that fulfill your most challenging postal, email, and telemarketing needs. Our unique, multi-sourced databases of occupations and professions are enhanced with more than 400 demographics and lifestyle selects, allowing for endless targeted marketing possibilities. Complete Mailing Lists brings you the best of compiled and response mailing lists. Sponsor Speakers Hamilton Davison Speaker Hamilton Davison is the President & Executive Director of the American Catalog Mailers Association (ACMA), a group he co-founded in 2007 when postage increased for catalog mailers. Since then, Davison’s actions with ACMA have led to far more moderate postage for catalogs. He works closely with the U.S. Postal Service and Postal Regulatory Commission to educate and inform officials about the catalog business model, incentives for greater mail volume, and the role of catalogs in shaping consumer perceptions of mail. Alex Vogel Speaker Consistently ranked as one of America's top lobbyists, Mr. Vogel started The Vogel Group after founding and leading Mehlman Vogel Castagnetti for a decade, one of the most successful lobbying and government affairs firms in Washington, D.C. He has spent decades at the highest levels of business, politics, and government. In the years prior to launching The Vogel Group, Mr. Vogel served as Chief Counsel to the Senate Majority Leader, Bill Frist, M.D. Prior to his service in the Senate, Alex was General Counsel for the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC), Deputy Counsel for the Republican National Committee (RNC), Counsel for former Vice President Dan Quayle, and an attorney in private practice at Wiley Rein & Fielding. In his role as one of the top staffers in the United States Senate, Mr. Vogel was instrumental in crafting many successful bipartisan legislative strategies and maintains close relationships with both leadership and rank and file Senators to this day. His expert commentary and analysis can be viewed weekly on networks such as Fox News and others and is widely regarded as one of DC’s leading voices in strategic advocacy.
