How Did Banks Pivot to Take Care of Customers During the Pandemic, Are Fintech’s the Future?

Banking was a lifeline during the pandemic for both consumers and commercial customers, fast work was done to find ways to continue to provide branch services, help customers adjust to being served electronically, improve online banking and mobile wallets, and staffing up customer service while converting to work at home, and creating a process for PPP loans.  What was learned will continue moving forward.
